Energy Balls, No Bake

Makes approximately 24  1″ balls


1c Oatmeal
1/2c Chocolate Chips or 1/8C Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate
1/2c Peanut Butter
1/3c Honey
1/2c ground flax seed
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2/3c Shredded Coconut Flakes
A mixture of any dried berries, fruit, nuts, seeds, etc. Up to 4 handfulls in the palm of your hand – any more than this, and the balls crumble.

Combine all ingredients
Form into balls (easier with wet hands) OR you can also just press into a pan. Once cooled, cut or score them.
Below: I used a cereal box and it’s inside bag to make Energy Bars that can easily be taken on trips. Hey, just like the real thing, except that you know what’s inside them, and can pronounce every ingredient!

Store in fridge.
